Bookings & Payment
All package prices quoted are per person unless stated otherwise and are subject to change until a booking is confirmed with payment. A quote is not a confirmed booking. Applicable GST is charged separately as per Indian tax law.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation charges depend on the specific hotels, airlines, and third-party suppliers used in your itinerary, each of which sets its own policy. We share the exact cancellation terms for your package in writing before you make payment.
Visa & Documentation
We assist with visa documentation and applications, but visa approval is at the sole discretion of the relevant embassy or consulate. RL Tours and Travels is not liable for visa rejection and does not refund visa fees already paid to an embassy or consulate.
Changes to Itineraries
Itineraries may be adjusted due to circumstances outside our control — weather, local transport disruptions, or supplier changes. We will inform you of any material change as soon as we are aware of it.
Limitation of Liability
RL Tours and Travels acts as an agent for hotels, airlines, and other third-party service providers, and is not liable for their acts, omissions, or service failures beyond what is legally required of a booking agent.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Hyderabad, Telangana having exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
