Our Story
RL Tours and Travels was founded in Hyderabad to fix a specific frustration with travel booking — packages that look complete online but arrive full of surprises: unclear inclusions, unresponsive support once you've paid, and itineraries that don't actually fit your dates or budget. We build every trip, domestic or international, as a custom itinerary rather than a fixed template, and stay reachable for the length of your trip, not just the sale.
Today that covers domestic tours across every Indian state, international holidays with visa support, flight bookings, and pilgrimage tours planned around the realities of altitude and crowds rather than just a calendar date. Our office is based in Ameerpet, Hyderabad, and our team handles everything from the first enquiry call through to the trip itself.
